In this position…

Ford Pro FinSimple (FPFS) Commercial Dealer Services Analysts review, investigate, and apply risk analysis for credit offerings for commercial use vehicles on commercial retail, commercial RCL, and CommerciaLease (TRAC) contracts.  Our teams also process commercial line of credit offerings, also known as CLOCs.

Applicants must live either:

• Within the Nashville metropolitan area, specifically, within 50 miles (approximately) of Franklin, TN                                                                                                                                           OR


• Within a reasonable commuting distance (approximately 50 miles) to Colorado Springs, CO.

We consider the following to be within 50 miles of Franklin, TN:  Columbia, Spring Hill, Brentwood, Nashville, Hendersonville, Gallatin, Mt. Juliet, Smyrna, Murfreesboro. 

We consider the following to be within 50 miles of Colorado Springs:  Castle Rock, Parker, Centennial, Greenwood Village, Loan Tree, Highlands Ranch, Fountain, Ft. Carson, Security, Widefield, Payton, Falcon, Elizabeth, and Woodland Park.    

Work location…

The Nashville metropolitan/Franklin, TN position is a hybrid in-office and at-home position. The standard schedule is three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) working in an office and two days a week (Monday and Friday) working from home.  There are times where adjustments will be made to the standard schedule – in some instances more than three days a week will be required in the office.  The standard schedule is subject to change.   

At this time, the Colorado Springs position is fully remote or from home.

You'll have…

• Bachelor of Business Administration or related business degree.


• Basic understanding of credit, financial analysis, sales, collections, and relationship management.


• Computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and speed and accuracy in typing and data entry.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Sales and negotiation skills.


• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously, while maintaining high level of organization and time management.


• Analytical and decision-making skills, independently identifying and implementing solutions to problems and overcoming challenges.


• Interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly adapt communication style and approach as appropriate.


• Must be available to work a flexible schedule Monday-Friday and some evenings, holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays.


• Ability/willingness to travel as needed to attend training, dealer events or in-person meetings.


• Applicants need to be willing to fulfill employment obligations in a work from home environment and have reliable, high-speed internet connectivity and a quiet space (minimal distractions or interruptions) from which to work at home.
