BermudAir is seeking a Commercial Coordinator to support our growing Sales, Distribution, and Holidays operations. This is a key role that plays a vital part in delivering seamless travel experiences through efficient group sales administration and holiday package coordination.

What You’ll Do
Group Sales Administration
Manage group bookings from initial inquiry through to confirmation using CRM and reservation systems
Prepare contracts, track deposits, and ensure all deadlines are met
Maintain accurate records and reporting for commercial tracking
Support schedule changes and keep customer information up to date
Follow up post-travel to gather feedback and support repeat business
BermudAir Holidays Operations
Respond to customer and travel agent inquiries in a timely and service-driven manner
Coordinate holiday package fulfillment with partners and suppliers
Maintain pricing accuracy and monitor availability
Support relationships with hotels and suppliers
Assist with agency administration, including commissions and invoicing
Support the development of holiday proposals and itineraries

Understanding of the Travel Industry: Displays knowledge of group bookings, holiday packaging, and travel operations.
Negotiation Skills: Effectively negotiates terms with suppliers and partners to optimize services and costs.
Adaptability and Flexibility: Adjusts to shifting priorities and unexpected changes in the work environment.
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an airline, travel agency, tour operator, or related environment
Experience with reservation systems (Radixx preferred)
Strong understanding of group bookings and travel operations
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
Strong customer service and relationship management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with holiday packaging or tour operations
Knowledge of Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) and Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) processes
Understanding of airline commercial or revenue principles
