We’re looking for hard-working, dependable, early risers to join our commissary crew. If you love the grind, thrive in a production kitchen, and prefer working behind the scenes (no customer interaction!), this might be the perfect fit for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Prepare fresh, high-quality ingredients daily for all our locations 
• Follow recipes and portion standards to support consistency across stores 
• Work on a small, tight-knit team that keeps the Gringos Locos food machine running 
• Keep a clean, organized, and safe kitchen that meets all health code standards

Requirements

• Available to work early morning shifts (starting at 7:00 AM)
   
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs and stand for 10-hour shifts
   
• Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
   
• A team player who takes pride in their work
   
• Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn
   
• Must follow all food safety guidelines and company policies
