Job Description - Commission Support Specialist

Cultivating relationships with our sales partners, business service suppliers, and within the telecom solutions distributor community is essential. We love a winning attitude! 


 


Job Description: The ideal candidate will be focused on providing an exceptional customer experience to our sales partners in every interaction. This is a customer-facing position, and the candidate will have regular communication via phone and email with many sales professionals. Will work with the team to troubleshoot and solve commission issues quickly and accurately. Consistently working with telecom suppliers who provide various advanced business products sold by our sales partners, ensure accurate commissions are paid. Upload commission data, research, and respond to inquiries within expected service levels. Navigate through multiple tools and systems to obtain the necessary information needed to secure accurate commission payments. Create an environment of trust and positive communication. Base compensation plus potential incentive compensation. 



Qualifications 



  • Track record of excellent customer service 



  • Experience working with salespeople or customers and resolving their concerns 



  • Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and an eye for detail  



  • Intermediate or better experience with Excel  



  • Display the ability to think critically about issues to identify an appropriate solution 



  • An ethical and honest approach to work and the workplace is  



  • Primary point of contact for sales partners for all commission-related disputes or questions 



  • Ability to work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment  



  • Launch, work, and close out commission disputes within established service levels 



  • Previous
    sales commission support, finance, or accounting background preferred
     



  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines 



  • Experience working in Salesforce is preferred, but not  



  • Generally, requires 2-5 years of related experience, Telecom experience preferred
