Commissioning & Testing Manager

We are recruiting for a Commissioning & Testing Manager to lead all aspects of CBTC system validation, integration, and acceptance testing for MARTA. Will work with OEMs, stakeholders, and QA staff.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee CBTC cutover planning, test plan development, and software stabilization


• Coordinate stakeholder review and test witnessing


• Track as-built documentation, O&M manuals, and certification reports
  
  

Required Skills:

• Deep knowledge of CBTC system architectures and subsystem integration


• Experience coordinating testing with OEMs and agency operations


• Familiarity with FTA safety and performance validation frameworks
  
  

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical or Systems Engineering


• 8+ years in testing and commissioning of transit or signaling systems
