Job Description - Committed Caregiver FULL TIME WORK AVAILABLE

 

Join our team and help take care of Elderly and Disabled individuals in the comfort of their own homes! At Guardian Angel Senior Services you will have the opportunity to work as a Companion or as a Personal Care Provider. No experience necessary, we will train the right candidate with the correct mindset and compassion! Candidates will have flexible self-determined schedule options based on the clients available.

Guardian Angel Senior Services Braintree, MA is now hiring a Committed Caregiver. The agreement is the commitment to working 40 hours a week and not declining shifts without good cause. The commitment will need to be able to cover:  South Shore Areas 

Experience
HHA/CNA Experience required a

Responsibilities
  1. Agrees to accept shifts assigned or offered during agreed upon availability times within *reasonable expectation.
  2. Will return all phone calls ASAP and no later than 4 hours.
  3. Will give ample notice of any unavailability or requests for time off.
  4. Provides required employment paperwork.
  5. Reviews client care plans prior to providing care.
  6. Has reliable transportation to see any clients needing service.
  7. Communicates with the agency about problems and concerns.
  8. Completes required in-service training offered by agency.
  9. Completes required documentation accurately and on a timely basis.
  10. Respects and maintains client confidentiality at all times.
  11.  Reports concerns of client abuse or neglect.
  12. Refrains from discussing personal problems, concerns, or opinions with client, or client representatives.
  13. Maintain access to an email account and has a reliable cell phone in order to receive client updates, schedule changes, company updates and highlights.
  14. Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training procedures.
  15. Maintain a clean, insured vehicle that has had manufacturer’s recommended scheduled services.
  16. Performs all tasks as noted in job description and observes all restrictions.
  17. Has all qualifications and skills noted in job description.
  18. Forfeits participation if refuses to comply with any of the above responsibilities.
Job Requirements
  • HHA- Home Health Aide Certification
  • Own Vehicle
  • Driver’s License

Previous Caregiving Experience
