  • Organize and maintain a central media library of photos and video footage for use across print, web, and social channels.

Strategic Alignment & Collaboration

  • Weekly Meetings & Strategy: Attend weekly parish staff meetings to stay aligned with parish operations, calendar planning, and upcoming initiatives. Meet weekly with the Director of Mission to define the “Main Message.”
  • Stewardship & Operations Support: Collaborate closely with the Director of Operations on messaging, design, and multi-channel strategy for annual stewardship appeals and financial communications.
  • School & Parish Alignment: Partner with the school leadership and communications team to ensure consistent branding, messaging, and seamless cross-promotion between parish and school initiatives.

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Proficiency with Canva, website content management systems (CMS), email marketing software, and social media management tools.
  • Experience with basic photo/video editing and media organization.
  • A strong eye for modern graphic design and visual layout, understanding that “less is more.”
  • Ability to write with a warm, professional, and inviting tone that reflects the parish mission.
  • High level of self-direction, organizational skills, and the ability to meet strict weekly production deadlines consistently.

Nuts & Bolts

  • Reports To: Director of Mission
  • Collaboration: Works closely with the Director of Operations, Director of Mission, Office Manager, and Pastor.
