Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Agent to support internal and external communication strategies. This role requires a strong command of language, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude to facilitate smooth and effective exchanges across departments and with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and distribute professional communications (emails, memos, updates, etc.)

• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and official documents

• Coordinate with different teams to gather information for communication materials

• Monitor and respond to inquiries with clarity and professionalism

• Maintain records of communications and track engagement metrics

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels

• Support in the planning and execution of internal events and meetings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, English, or a related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience in a communications-related role is preferred but not required
