Job Description

Swift 7 Consultants is seeking a professional and dynamic Communications Agent to join our growing team in Akron, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing internal and external communication strategies, supporting public relations efforts, and ensuring brand consistency across all messaging platforms. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in corporate communication, excellent writing skills, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute clear and engaging communications for internal teams and external stakeholders

• Assist in the creation of press releases, newsletters, reports, and company announcements

• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely and accurate flow of information

• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communication performance

• Support crisis communication and reputation management as needed

• Maintain company voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all formats

• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement strategic communication plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in corporate communications or similar roles

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of design or communication software
