Job Description

Introduction

We are seeking a professional and outgoing Communications Agent to support outreach, engagement, and communication initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and developing strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate information clearly and professionally to customers, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate assistance and support.
  • Support outreach and engagement initiatives.
  • Assist with communication materials, updates, and project coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and related activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to support communication objectives.
  • Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner.
