About the Role

We are looking for an outgoing and professional Communications Agent to represent our company and partner brands through customer engagement, promotional activities, and face-to-face interactions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, presenting information, and building positive relationships.

No previous experience is required. Training and ongoing support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Communicate product information, service details, and promotional offers to customers.
• Represent brands professionally during in-person campaigns and public-facing activities.
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and provide helpful information.
• Explain product features and benefits in a clear and approachable manner.
• Assist with promotional presentations and product demonstrations.
• Build positive relationships through active listening and professional communication.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging during customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign objectives.
• Participate in training to strengthen communication and presentation skills.
