Communications and IT Representative

• Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is current and functional.
  
• Create engaging content, including graphics, photos, videos, and marketing materials.
  
• Manage the company's social media platforms and execute digital campaigns.
  
• Maintain and administer the CRM portal, ensuring accurate customer data and system
  functionality.
  
• Capture and edit photographs and videos for marketing and corporate communications.
  
• Track customer feedback and prepare reports to support service improvement.
  
• Perform basic website and CRM coding, troubleshooting, and system updates.
  
• Monitor website, CRM, and social media performance and provide regular reports.
  
• Support branding and communication initiatives across the organization.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Information Technology, Digital Marketing,
  Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in digital communications, website management, or
  digital marketing.
  
• Experience managing websites, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
  Required Skills
  
• Graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
  
• Photography and videography.
  
• Basic video editing.
  
• Website coding (HTML/CSS or CMS platforms such as WordPress).
  
• CRM management.
