Position Overview:

The Communications Coordinator will support the Director of Communications & Programming in executing a wide range of member communications initiatives by supporting the development and delivery of engaging, timely, and consistent communications across all platforms at Castle Pines Golf Club. This position helps maintain the Club’s voice and visual identity through digital media, print materials, internal messaging, and member engagement. This role will gain exposure to internal communication practices in a luxury hospitality environment. The Communications Coordinator position is full-time and will start on a seasonal basis. There is an opportunity for year-round employment which will be assessed at the end of the Club’s season in October 2025. 

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, proofreading, and distributing weekly emails and special announcements.
• Draft and edit written content for Club events, programs, and initiatives.
• Coordinate and update content across the Club’s website, app, and internal communication systems.
• Design printed and digital materials including flyers, signage, and event promos.
• Help manage the Club’s photo library and assist with photography, photo editing, and organization.
• Assist in developing timelines and checklists for major communications projects.
• Serve as a liaison to departments for event promotions and content planning.
• Help organize and archive communications historical materials, photography, and design assets.
• Perform administrative tasks to support the Director of Communications & Programming as assigned.

Requirements

• Working toward or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, graphic design, marketing, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing and proofreading skills.
• Strong graphic design and layout skills; proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in hospitality, club management, or member-based organizations is a plus.
