Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our organization's external and internal communications. The ideal candidate will be an excellent writer and communicator, passionate about storytelling and skilled in developing clear, engaging content that effectively conveys our brand message.  

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to support organizational goals.


• Create, edit, and distribute engaging content for internal and external audiences across multiple platforms.


• Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.


• Manage the organization's social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.


• Assist in planning and promoting events, campaigns, and initiatives to maximize outreach and participation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.


• Proven experience in a communications or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.


• Proficiency in content management systems, social media platforms, and basic graphic design tools.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
