Job Description - Communications Manager

We are looking for a talented Communications Manager. How you will achieve success:

Communicate directly with our brands and merchants via email. Think critically to resolve brand and merchant pain points. Support our relationship with brands.
Drive innovative and creative solutions to protect revenue.
Measure and analyze data to increase efficiency is department operations.
Play a critical role in driving many processes that impact brands and departments across Spreetail by advocating for brand initiatives.
Research escalated inquiries to provide technical and educational answers to high priority brands.
What experiences will help you in this role:

1-2+ years’ experience in accounting/business/finance field required. 1+ years’ experience in legal research, SOP documentation, or process implementation.
2+ years’ experience in communication or financial auditing.
SQL or advanced Microsoft Excel skillset a plus.
Expertise in customer service. Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working with clients, driving and building relationships.
