Job Title: Communications Manager

Location: San Marcos

Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Position Summary:

The Communications Manager works under the direction of the Public Information and Philanthropy Officer and is responsible for supporting the external and internal representation of TrueCare across all organizational levels. This role coordinates, executes, tracks, and analyzes internal/external communications and supports strategic organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration across the organization. The Communications Manager manages storytelling and content strategy for internal and external campaigns through various traditional and digital channels and promotions materials, including newsletters, press releases, media monitoring reports and more. This includes collaborating closely with other departments and stakeholders, as well as collaborating with outside agencies and partners

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations preferred; Communications experience with a BA/BS or above in a related subject will also be considered.
5-7 years' experience in communications, preferably in the health care industry.
Working knowledge of social media marketing, corporate communication, copywriting, and media relations.
Availability to travel and/or work occasionally outside of normal shifts (e.g., 8am to 5pm)
Experience in healthcare marketing and integrated marketing campaigns.
Bilingual in Spanish, both written and verbal is a plus!
Will be required to travel between all TrueCare sites and locations therefore California Driver’s License, proof of insurance and clean driving record required.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position. This position is also eligible for our annual incentive program bonus. If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer generous benefits and retirement plans.
