Job Description

We are currently seeking a Communications Representative to join our dynamic team. This role will support the development and implementation of internal and external communication strategies, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company’s brand and mission.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute clear and effective written communications, including reports, presentations, internal memos, and client communications.

• Coordinate communication plans for new initiatives, campaigns, or company changes.

• Work closely with internal teams to gather accurate information and translate it into understandable content for stakeholders.

• Assist in preparing executive communication materials and client briefings.

• Monitor and manage internal communication channels to ensure message consistency.

• Contribute to the planning and execution of corporate events and communication rollouts.

• Support crisis communication and issue management efforts when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in a communications or related role.

• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-friendly content.

• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
