Location: Dallas, TX

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $40,750 - $49,860 per year

Receptionist Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Communications Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will serve as a crucial point of contact between our organization and the public, helping to convey our mission, values, and objectives effectively. This role is designed for an individual who possesses strong communication skills and a passion for engaging with diverse audiences. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals.


• Prepare engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and press releases.


• Serve as a liaison between the organization and external stakeholders, including media and community partners.


• Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception to inform communication strategies.


• Coordinate and manage events, press conferences, and community outreach programs.


• Provide support in crisis communication efforts to ensure transparency and clarity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.


• Proven experience in a communication or public relations role, preferably in a corporate or nonprofit setting.


• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.


• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.


• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools.


• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative communication strategies.

Benefits:

• Proven experience as an office clerk or in a similar administrative role.


• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
