Draft Note Design is seeking a skilled and proactive Communications Specialist to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our internal and external communications, ensuring that our messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with our brand values. This role requires excellent writing skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple communication channels effectively.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement communication strategies to promote Draft Note Design's brand and products.
Create and manage content for various communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, social media, and the company website.
Serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate interviews and press coverage.
Draft and edit internal communications, including company announcements, memos, and newsletters.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
Monitor and analyze the performance of communication campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Plan and execute public relations initiatives and events to enhance the company's public image.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Communications Specialist or in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with content management systems and social media platforms.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Familiarity with media relations and public relations strategies.
