In your role as Communications Surveillance Analyst eComms you will be working on various Change the Bank and Run the Bank topics:
You will be working for a number of key Run-the-Bank topics, including:•be responsible for collaborating with other E-Comms team members and business partners across the globe on defensible disposal projects and E-Comms tools•report on project metrics, performance, and efficiencies. Keeping track of progress ensures that project milestones are met•operational responsibility for the handling and Quality Assurance of policy breaches related to off-platform communication (OPC) as well as related to late affirmations•management of self-disclosures of OPC cases and to coordinate responding to employee and breach assessor questions raised through the mailbox•operational responsibility for the tracking of quarterly affirmations including interactions with the business divisions on late completion and including the handling of self-disclosures raised through the quarterly affirmation process
Your team
You will be working in the Electronic Communications Team with Compliance & Investigations part of Group Compliance Regulatory & Governance, based in the US. Electronic Communications is a specialized unit supporting complex litigation, investigations and regulatory inquiries by collecting, preserving and processing electronically stored information.
Your expertise
•3 or more years of professional experience in project management (IT or legal hold preservation effectuation is considered a plus), or a minimum of three years of experience in a similar area with the interest and willingness to quickly become a Subject Matter Expert in E-Comms• a strong understanding of eDiscovery practices and the interrelation with other disciplines, including, Information Governance, Data Privacy, Data Security, IT, Compliance•good proficiency in in English, both written and spoken•experience of any of the following technologies is a plus - Compliance Now, Exchange 2010, Windows Server Infrastructure•detail-oriented, analytical, self-motivated, collaborative, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.•service-oriented and a strong team player based on collaboration, commitment, and knowledge
