The Communications/AV Manager is a full-time position. The position is responsible for overseeing all parish communications and supporting audiovisual needs to ensure clear, consistent, and mission-aligned messaging. Theis role manages weekly parish publications, digital communications, and social media platforms while collaborating closely with parish ministries. The position also supports audiovisual operations during liturgies and major parish events and requires regular weekend availability..
· Produce and manage the weekly parish bulletin, including content collection, layout, editing, and deadlines
· Create and distribute a weekly parish email and other electronic communications as needed
· Serve as the primary point of contact for Parish Ministries, gathering and organizing information for publications
· Maintain and manage parish Facebook and Instagram accounts, ensuring consistent branding and timely content
· Design graphics and promotional materials using Canva, or similar program for print and digital platforms
· Ensure all parish communications reflect the mission, values, and teachings of the Catholic Church
