Job Description - Community Administrator

Taylor Management is looking for a passionate and organized Community Administrator to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in assisting the Community Manager and ensuring the overall satisfaction of community residents. Your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will help maintain a positive living environment. This position is $50,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to communications from residents, including emails and phone calls.
  • Assist in the preparation and dissemination of community information, newsletters, and updates.
  • Maintain organized files and databases pertaining to community records and homeowner details.
  • Coordinate requests for maintenance and service while communicating with contractors.
  • Support the Community Manager with administrative tasks, scheduling, and report preparation.
  • Help plan and facilitate community events and resident meetings.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or property management role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general office management software.
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently.
  • A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to residents.
