Job Description - Community Ambassador/Guest Services

The Community Ambassador serves as the primary point of contact for visitors, residents, and employees, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience throughout the space. This role is responsible for delivering high-level customer service, coordinating meetings and onsite events, and supporting daily office and hospitality operations. The Community Ambassador plays a key role in maintaining a positive first impression and ensuring the overall environment runs smoothly and efficiently.

Shift: Monday–Friday
Pay: $30 per hour

Essential Job Functions

  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, clients, and staff with professionalism and courtesy
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all onsite inquiries and service needs
  • Maintain a consistent in-person presence during core business hours
  • Deliver a high standard of hospitality and customer service at all times

Primary Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, schedule, and support onsite meetings and events
  • Ensure meeting rooms and shared spaces are properly prepared and maintained
  • Manage day-to-day front desk and reception-style operations
  • Assist with visitor coordination, access, and onsite experience management
  • Respond to and resolve basic facility or service-related issues or escalate as needed
  • Communicate maintenance or operational needs to the appropriate teams
  • Support office operations including supplies, amenities, and workspace readiness
  • Assist with planning and execution of office events and engagements
  • Perform administrative support tasks such as data entry, printing, scanning, and filing
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming lobby and common area environment
  • Support additional projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, reception, customer service, or office support roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Professional, reliable, and service-oriented demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
