Job Overview:

Answering directly to the Social Media/Ambassador Program Manager, this position will play a key role in executing and growing the RUDIS Ambassador Program while supporting a variety of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships within the wrestling community and beyond. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, can manage multiple workflows, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. To succeed in this position, the candidate must bring energy, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the brand’s community-building efforts while gaining hands-on experience in influencer program management and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the recruitment and vetting of ambassadors, ensuring alignment with RUDIS values and marketing goals


• Manage outreach to potential ambassadors through social media and email communication


• Facilitate the onboarding process by handling contracts, collecting ambassador information, and coordinating brand kit orders


• Track and manage the ambassador program budget to ensure cost-effective execution of seeding, content, and incentives


• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that leverage ambassador content and reach to support brand and product initiatives


• Help maintain strong ambassador relationships through regular check-ins, proactive support, and consistent communication


• Support broader marketing initiatives, including social media publishing, content collection, and general campaign execution

Key Qualifications:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills


• Self-starter with a strong sense of initiative, motivation, and resilience


• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously


• Familiarity with social media platforms and an interest in influencer or ambassador marketing


• Passion for the RUDIS brand, wrestling, and athletic culture


• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field


• Background or familiarity with wrestling is strongly preferred


• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
