Kind Behavioral Health is a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis services, dedicated to improving the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (“ASD”). We provide life-changing treatment to children with ASD, providing outstanding quality care, and delivering exceptional clinical outcomes, in an environment in which all are encouraged to THINK BIG, HAVE FUN, and DO GOOD. We deliver treatment through individualized plans of care, and target socially significant behaviors, enabling the clients we serve to lead more independent, fulfilling lives.
The Community & Outreach Representative sells Kind Behavioral Health to referral partners, PCPs, pediatricians, schools, therapists, and diagnostic teams, across North Carolina and Georgia, ensuring KBH remains top of mind and first on the list whenever a partner refers a family for treatment or diagnosis. This is a field-sales and relationship-ownership role: this person should be comfortable walking into a new pediatrician’s office, daycare, speech therapy practice, or similar organization, starting a conversation, and leaving that team with the strongest possible impression of KBH and what sets it apart.
Expect approximately 50–60% of working time in the field, building relationships face to face with referral partners. Reporting to the Chief Business Development Officer, this role owns the referral partner relationship end to end, in person and virtually, including outreach strategy and execution, KBH’s presence in the provider and referral community (directories, professional associations), and data integrity for the referral pipeline. This role operates in close partnership with the Digital Marketing & Brand Coordinator on CRM, specifically HubSpot, database management and referral communications, with clear lane ownership between the two roles.
Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) is an equal opportunity employer and administers all personnel practices without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, veteran status, genetics or any other category protected under applicable law.
