Job Description - Community Association Attorney

The ideal candidate will enjoy working with community association boards and association managers, have excellent academic credentials with superior communication, research and writing skills. Must share the firm’s commitment to its clients by being prompt, responsive and knowledgeable.


The primary emphasis will be providing legal support to our condominium, cooperative and homeowners’ association clientele. While community association experience is preferred, a similar practice area experience will be considered for candidates willing to study and learn the applicable law.


Responsibilities include: 



  • Analyzing community association issues and drafting legal opinions

  • Client relations

  • Interpreting and drafting amendments to governing documents

  • Preparing for and attending board and membership meetings

  • Case law Research

  • Reviewing and modifying service contracts

  • Enforcement of governing documents


 Education and Experience:



  • Pennsylvania Bar Member

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5- 10 years of experience.

  • Successful candidates must have excellent skills in the areas of client relations.

  • Salary is commensurate with experience.
