Community Association Manager - Exciting Challenge

We are looking for an experienced Community Association Manager to join our growing team. Qualifications:

• Community management experience is highly preferred, but not required
• Self-Starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and highly organized
• Management skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Works well independently, but also a team player
• Computer savvy – Outlook, Word, and Excel

Position Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a professional relationship with the Board of Directors, members of the community, and Gulf PPM Team members.
• Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of applicable State, federal, and local laws.
• Facilitate and attend community meetings.
• Conduct Compliance inspections.
• Assist the Board of Directors with Annual Budget.
• Manage and maintain community documents and records.
• Review contractual services and on-site work as needed.
• Ensure vendor requests are appropriately executed and maintain records of service.
• Community communications as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
