Community Associations Litigation Associate - Tampa, FL

Adams & Reese seeks a mid-level associate with 2-4 years of civil litigation experience to join our Tampa office. Experience with community association litigation is preferred. The role requires managing cases from start to finish with some oversight. The ideal candidate will have strong writing and communication skills and the desire to grow on our national platform. Salary is commensurate with credentials and experience. Candidate must be licensed in Florida. Full time in-office.
 
Responsibilities may include:

• Draft, review, and interpret contracts, corporate documents, and community association documents and amendments.
• Independently handle and review association collections, violations, and other lawsuits.
• Provide corporate guidance to Community Association Boards and Managers.
• Respond promptly to client needs and requests.
• Conduct legal research to support client needs and case strategies.
• Attend court hearings and mediations
• Communicate with clients regarding various legal matters pertaining to community association law.
