Community Based Clinician - Children and Adolescents

Location: St. Augustine, FL

Compensation: Base Salary, Sign-On Bonus, and Annual Bonuses

• $64,000-$68,000
• Performance Bonuses available up to $5,000
• $500 sign-on bonus paid at 90 days and $500 retention bonus paid at 1 year anniversary

We are searching for a Clinician to join our dynamic community based team. Our clients, aged 11-21, require therapeutic support for mental health disorders and co-occurring substance abuse issues. We follow an integrated service delivery approach, utilizing a team of professionals to comprehensively address the needs of the young individuals and their caregivers.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Primary Therapist for up to 10 children.
• Provide individual, group and family therapy as outlined in the program description which shall follow the treatment plan of each child.
• Provide the five functions of case management: planning, assessment, linking and advocacy, monitoring and discharge planning.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, Registered Intern or Fully Licensed
• - Minimum of two years of experience working with at-risk youth and families.
• - Knowledge of trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and evidence-based
• treatment models.
• - Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• - Ability to work flexible hours
• - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.
