Neostella is continuing to expand its presence in the legal technology market, and as we grow, it’s critical that our brand shows up consistently, authentically, and visibly within the communities we serve. Our customers, partners, and industry peers increasingly discover and evaluate companies based on how they engage in conversations across social platforms, events, and media channels.
This role exists because we need someone who can actively manage and grow Neostella’s community presence—ensuring our voice is visible across organic social media, brand sponsorships, and public relations opportunities. The Community Coordinator will help translate strategic messaging into real, community-facing interactions that build trust, strengthen industry relationships, and reinforce Neostella’s credibility over time.

We’re looking for a Community Coordinator who will own Neostella’s organic social presence, community engagement, brand sponsorship visibility, and PR coordination.
You will help ensure the company maintains a consistent voice across digital channels and industry conversations while supporting executives, marketing initiatives, and brand partnerships. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively identify opportunities to engage with the legal and technology communities.
You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Demand Generation, Design, external agencies, and company leadership to ensure Neostella’s brand presence is coordinated, engaging, and aligned with broader go-to-market priorities.
We’re looking for someone who naturally engages with online communities and understands how brands participate in industry conversations. You’re proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple initiatives while ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice.
You enjoy building relationships, spotting opportunities for engagement, and helping brands show up in ways that feel authentic rather than overly scripted.
