Your focus

·       Help organize local activities and engagement initiatives

·       Interact directly with participants and community members

·       Coordinate schedules, materials, and onsite details

·       Gather feedback and support future engagement efforts

On-site expectation
This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.

Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
