About the Role:

We’re seeking a visionary and compassionate Community Employment Manager to lead and grow our Community Employment Department. In this vital role, you’ll develop strategic partnerships with local employers, expand community-based opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and supervise a dedicated team working to ensure job success for every participant.

What You’ll Do:

• Build lasting partnerships with employers to create sustainable job placements

• Lead community job development initiatives and identify emerging employment trends

• Provide vocational counseling and ensure job matches are meaningful and appropriate

• Supervise and mentor Job Coaches across job sites

• Guide job development strategies and participate in job fairs, networking, and outreach

• Collaborate with schools, agencies, and businesses to grow our presence and impact

• Lead interdisciplinary planning and ensure person-centered services

• Oversee documentation, payroll, program outcomes, and compliance

• Foster an environment of respect, encouragement, and high expectations

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field

• Experience: 3+ years in disability services (1+ year supervisory experience preferred) QIDP preferred

• Certification: Valid driver's license and auto insurance

• Skills: Strong communicator and relationship-builder with leadership presence

• Qualities: Strategic thinker, empathetic leader, team collaborator, and growth-minded
