🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As a Community Engagement Associate, you'll support our in-store fundraising and outreach initiatives by:

• Engaging with the public in retail settings to promote charitable campaigns and encourage donations

• Assisting with the planning, setup, and execution of campaign events and outreach activities

• Representing partner charities with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity

• Helping train and mentor new team members to build a strong, collaborative environment

• Supporting leadership efforts by tracking team performance and engagement metrics

• Maintaining accurate records of daily activity, outreach goals, and campaign outcomes
