Community Engagement Associate - Entry Level

We’re currently hiring Entry-Level Community Engagement Associates to join our fundraising and outreach team. This role is perfect for energetic, outgoing individuals looking to start a purpose-driven career in customer service, fundraising, and event marketing. No prior experience required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and rapid advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit partners at community events, retail promotions, and fundraising campaigns

• Engage with the public through face-to-face conversations and inspire donor support

• Set up and manage event booths, displays, and promotional materials

• Track results, report progress, and help achieve team goals

• Work collaboratively in a positive, fast-paced team environment

Qualifications

• Dependable, organized, and eager to learn new skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

• Full-time availability, including some weekends
