Community Engagement Associate Entry Level

We’re currently seeking Entry Level Community Engagement Associates to join our outreach and marketing division.

In this role, you’ll help coordinate local initiatives, fundraising events, and awareness campaigns for nonprofit partners that create lasting impact in the community.

No background experience is needed—we offer comprehensive training and ongoing development to help you succeed and advance quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Community Engagement Associate, you’ll represent nonprofit partners in a professional, personable way and help deliver campaigns that inspire action.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Participate in community-based programs, outreach activities, and promotional events

• Communicate the goals and missions of partner organizations in an engaging way

• Build rapport with supporters, donors, and community members

• Assist in organizing, coordinating, and setting up outreach events

• Gather public feedback and contribute ideas to improve campaign success

• Collaborate with your teammates to meet outreach and fundraising goals

You’ll thrive in this position if you:

• Are 18 years or older with authorization to work in the U.S.

Experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service can be helpful, but it’s not required.
