Community Engagement Ambassador
Location: Walnut Creek, CA
Compensation: $20/hour
Availability: Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and select weekdays/evenings
Hours: Approximately 48 hours/day | 2030 hours/week

Position Overview
Were looking for a passionate, outgoing, and community-minded individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Ambassador. In this role, youll be the face of YogaSix Walnut Creek at local events, businesses, and wellness pop-upsdriving awareness, building authentic relationships, and inspiring new members to discover the benefits of our studio.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with the Walnut Creek Community

• Represent YogaSix at local wellness fairs, outdoor markets, community events, and pop-up activations.

• Share our mission and offerings with warmth and enthusiasm.

Build Local Partnerships

• Connect with businesses, health professionals, and influencers to create cross-promotions, co-hosted events, and brand collaborations.

Promote Studio Awareness

• Distribute flyers, promotional materials, and special offers throughout the area.

• Drive traffic and interest through authentic, face-to-face conversations.

Event Support & Coordination

• Help plan and execute on-site and off-site events in collaboration with studio staff and management.

• Ensure a seamless, fun, and engaging guest experience.

Capture & Share the Vibe

• Collect photos, short videos, testimonials, and community stories to be shared across YogaSix social media and marketing platforms.

Collaborate Across the Team

• Work closely with the Studio Manager and front desk team to align outreach with studio goals and upcoming promotions.

• Are passionate about wellness, fitness, and helping people feel their best

• Have experience in promotions, marketing, outreach, or events (preferred but not required)

Schedule Requirements

• Must have weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday)

• Must be available for select weekday mornings and evenings depending on event schedules

• Must be comfortable working approximately 2030 hours per week
