Community Enhancement & DRV Team Leader
Location: 3131 Eastside Street, Suite 130, Houston, TX 77098
Status: Full-Time | In-Office | Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
FLSA Status: Exempt
Compensation: $60,000 – $65,000 annually, based on experience
Rise Association Management Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Community Enhancement & DRV (Deed Restriction Violation) Team Leader to oversee our Community Enhancement team. This leadership role is pivotal in ensuring our communities uphold the highest standards of appearance and compliance, directly impacting property values and resident satisfaction
Lead, mentor, and manage the Community Enhancement team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are well-versed in community standards and inspection protocols.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and setting clear objectives.
Oversee the scheduling and execution of regular community inspections to identify violations of deed restrictions and community guidelines.
Ensure timely and consistent communication with residents regarding violations, including notices and follow-ups.
Analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement in community compliance.
Develop and refine processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Community Enhancement team.
Prepare and present regular reports to senior management and community boards detailing inspection outcomes and compliance rates.
Serve as the primary liaison between the Community Enhancement team and other departments, ensuring cohesive operations.
Engage with community boards and residents to educate and promote understanding of community standards and the importance of compliance.
Minimum of 3 years in community management, code enforcement, or a related field.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Strong understanding of deed restrictions, community guidelines, and HOA regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and community management software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field preferred.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community inspections.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
