Job Description - Community Events Manager

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Community Manager to lead the engagement and success of our membership community in Aspen. This role is responsible for creating exceptional member experiences, organizing engaging programming, and fostering a vibrant and inclusive community atmosphere. The ideal candidate will drive member retention and satisfaction by curating meaningful events, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring the club remains a welcoming and enriching space for all members.

What You’ll Do

Member Engagement & Retention

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance member engagement and retention.
  • Regularly communicate with members to gather feedback and address concerns proactively.
  • Build strong relationships with and between members to foster a welcoming and connected community.

Event Planning & Programming

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of member events, activities, and experiences that foster community and enhance member satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with club teams to ensure seamless execution of social gatherings, wellness programs, educational workshops, and special events.
  • Align programming with member interests to create unique and valuable experiences.

Member Relations & Customer Service

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for members, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Proactively address and resolve member inquiries, concerns, and feedback to enhance the overall experience.
  • Ensure a warm and inviting atmosphere by creating personalized interactions and connections.

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Provide operational support when on-site.
  • Work closely with club management to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and overall member experience.
  • Maintain accurate membership records and track engagement trends to inform future programming.

Other Responsibilities

  • Stay informed about industry trends and member preferences to continuously improve offerings.
  • Support various club initiatives as needed to enhance the overall experience for members.
  • All other duties and responsibilities as assigned 
  • Be an Ambassador for Gravity Haus, sharing our mission and and vision to build our globally conscious community for the modern adventurers!

Education and Experience

  • Prior experience in community management, member engagement, or event planning.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
  • Passion for hospitality, wellness, and creating meaningful member experiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
