•    Able to lift 50 lbs and handle general maintenance duties
•    Bonus points if you’ve got experience with pool upkeep, landscaping, or property maintenance

🛠️ What You’ll Do (A Day in the Life)
•    Keep outdoor and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming
•    Assist with light repairs, maintenance tasks, and furniture moving
•    Help prepare units for new residents during turnover season
•    Maintain tools and supplies in a safe, organized manner
•    Support trash removal and help ensure curb appeal is always on point
•    Pitch in with team events, emergencies, or resident support when needed
•    Take pride in creating an environment people are proud to call home

✅ What You Bring
•    High school diploma or GED required
•    Open availability, including some weekends
•    Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
•    Reliable transportation and phone
•    Pool upkeep knowledge is a plus
•    Prior grounds, landscaping, janitorial, or property experience preferred
