CORE (Community Organized Relief Effort) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to build sustained, community-based response programs to natural disasters. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, CORE GA provides free vaccinations and additional resources to disadvantaged communities and emerging hotspots around Georgia. This is accomplished through maintaining strategic partnerships with local health agencies and community-based organizations to reach high-risk populations in vulnerable areas. The Health Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for outreach and education to organizations and induvial throughout communities served. Additionally, the Health Outreach Coordinator will lead the team’s benefits navigation, resource coordination and incentive distribution activities.
