Community Leasing Specialist - Student Housing

Vie Management is hiring a Community Leasing Specialist to join our high-energy student housing community near the University of Texas. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality, retail, sales, or multifamily leasing who enjoy connecting with people, representing a brand, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lease apartment homes to students and drive occupancy


• Conduct in-person and virtual leasing tours


• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text to close leases


• Promote the community brand and student living experience


• Support marketing efforts, including campus outreach and local events


• Maintain model apartments and leasing office presentation standards


• Accurately enter and manage prospect data in the property management system


• Assist with move-ins, renewals, and resident engagement initiatives


• Deliver excellent customer service to prospects, residents, and families


• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• 1+ year of experience in leasing, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Comfortable working weekends and flexible schedules


• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; Entrata Software a plus)


• Ability to thrive in a goal-driven, team-oriented environment
