Were currently supporting one of the top-rated hospice organizations in the region. They're growing and they're looking for a seasoned Community Liaison who knows the Aurora market, understands the nuances of in-home hospice, and is ready to hit the ground running.

This Isn't a Starter Role. This is a Strategic One.

To be considered, you'll need:

• At least 1 full year of direct experience in in-home hospice sales (2 years preferred).

• A well-established referral network in the Aurora metro area.

• A track record of success and the relationships to back it up.

The starting salary is not just based on experience but also on the book of business you bring to the table. This is a role for a pro. Respectfully, this is not an entry point into hospice liaison work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute targeted referral strategies with hospitals, SNFs, physician groups, and community providers.
• Promote patient-first, home-based hospice services in a highly ethical and impactful way.
• Collaborate closely with clinical leadership to ensure quality, follow-through, and outcomes.
• Represent one of the most respected hospice organizations in the area known for quality care and compassionate service.

What You'll Need

• 12+ years of in-home hospice liaison/marketing experience (non-negotiable).
• A strong working knowledge of the Aurora healthcare landscape.
• Polished communication, follow-through, and relational intelligence.
• Reliable transportation (this is a field-forward, community-based position).
