What we are looking for:

  • A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

  • Previous experience in marketing, preferably in home health care

  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills

  • Demonstrated organizational skills, flexibility, assertiveness, and team orientation

  • Demonstrate creativity in fostering new referral relationships to increase  client census

  • Prior experience as a Community Liaison in Home Health highly preferred

  • Organized, adaptable, and confidently proactive

  • Collaborative team player with innovative outreach strategies

What you will be doing:

  • Work full-time Monday through Friday, occasional evening and weekends for marketing events   

  • Work collaboratively with clinical staff to assure consistent message to the customers and the community

  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, payers, and the community

  • Represent the agency at events, health fairs, and networking opportunities

  • Track and follow up on referrals for smooth transitions and communication

  • Educate the community on home care and aging-in-place solutions

  • Guide prospective clients and families through the care process

  • Obtain required discharge info to complete client integration processes

Salary:

  • $50,000 to 80,000, dependent on referrals and performance

  • Referral bonus structure




Compensation: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
