Compensation
- Base Salary: $35,000–$45,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Total Compensation: Up to $70,000 including benefits and performance-based bonuses

Position Summary
The Home Care Community Liaison is responsible for driving growth through community engagement, referral development, and strategic marketing efforts, while also supporting office operations and ensuring continuity of care when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Community Outreach & Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including hospitals, physicians, senior communities, and local organizations
- Represent Home Helpers at community events such as senior expos, health fairs, and networking opportunities
- Serve as the face of the organization within the St. George community
Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies to drive client acquisition
- Deliver engaging sales presentations using branded marketing materials
- Track marketing performance, referral sources, and competitor activity
- Identify new growth opportunities within the community
Lead Generation & Growth Support
- Generate and nurture leads through outreach efforts
- Collaborate with the office team to convert leads into clients
- Support regional growth initiatives and contribute to overall business development
Office Operations Support
- Assist with office organization, scheduling, and administrative coordination
- Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the St. George location
Client Care Support
- Provide backup support for caregiving shifts as needed
- Respond to urgent client care needs or emergencies
- Maintain high standards of care and service quality
Event Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing trade shows, community presentations, and local marketing events
Qualifications
- 1+ years of marketing, sales, or community outreach experience (preferred)
- 1+ years of caregiving experience (professional, personal, or family-based)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional, compassionate, and service-minded attitude
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software
- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotation
- Must be at least 18 years old
