Community Liaison Benefits:

• Compensation: Starts $75K *Based on Experience, BONUS, UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS
• Type: Full-time 
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm

Community Liaison Requirements: 

• 1+ year of strategic sales experience (healthcare a big plus).
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of CalAIM, Medicaid/Medicare, and community-based care models.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; driver’s license and background check required.
• Tech savvy, organized, and excited to grow with us.

Community Liaison Essential Functions:

• Drive new business and expand our footprint with Managed Care Plans.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships in the CalAIM space.
• Represent Care Partners at industry events, meetings, and conferences.
• Lead with empathy, compassion, and a passion for helping others.
• Track outreach and progress using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with a smart, supportive team committed to making healthcare better.
