Community Liaison, Field Marketer. - Urgent Hire

As a Field Marketer, you will play a vital role in developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with case managers in the community, ultimately driving referrals to our agency. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients. This position reports to the VP of Operations & Culture.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in Marketing within the healthcare field, specifically Home Healthcare.
• Familiarity with working with healthcare professionals and personnel as a community representative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships.

• Knowledge and experience with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with Agency, State, and Federal policies related to Business Development and Community Engagement.
• Generate referrals for home healthcare through relationships with healthcare providers, facilities, and other service providers.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to referral sources to cultivate and strengthen relationships.
• Establish a consistent stream of referrals to meet and exceed sales objectives.
• Provide weekly forecasting and visit summary reports.

Provide Ongoing Analysis:

• Continuously analyze the company's service area, target markets, available market share, strengths, and weaknesses.
• Evaluate patient-company relationships and develop sales/marketing objectives and projections based on analysis.

Marketing Plan:

• Work with executives to develop informative materials and effective presentations of agency services to physicians, facilities, and individuals.
• Create and implement a marketing plan, including priorities and a budget.
• Review and evaluate the plan regularly to ensure its effectiveness.
