Community Liaison - NRV area

We are currently seeking a Community Liaison for our Bedford/ Franklin County service area.

As a Community Liaison, you will be responsible for assisting in referral development by cultivating, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with referral sources and educating the community on the hospice concept of care. You will also coordinate and participate in health fairs, senior expos, and other events, as well as develop and maintain relationships with community organizations.

If you have a thorough understanding of sales, marketing, and public relations, as well as having a passion for making a positive impact on the wellbeing of the greater community, this opportunity is for you! Hospice experience is preferred.
