Position: Community Living Supports (CLS)
Location: Hickman, Kentucky
Hours: 10 hours per week
Pay Rate: $18 per hour
Employment Type: Contract
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate individual to provide Community Living Supports (CLS) services in Hickman, KY. The position offers 10 hours per week at a contract rate of $18 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support based on the participant’s needs.
  • Assist with daily living skills and promote independence.
  • Encourage community participation and social engagement.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive environment.
  • Follow the participant’s individualized service plan.

Qualifications:

  • Dependable, patient, and compassionate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to follow an individualized support plan.
  • Previous caregiving or CLS experience preferred.

Compensation: $18 per hour on a contract basis.
