Description
ACC Management Group, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organized Community Manager to oversee our 48-unit Section 8 property in Chippewa Falls and 36 units in Eau Claire, WI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the properties while providing excellent service to residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the properties, ensuring compliance with Section 8 regulations.
- Foster a positive community environment and address resident concerns promptly.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and property performance metrics.
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement necessary improvements.
- Collaborate with local agencies and organizations to enhance community relations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management is preferred, particularly with Section 8 housing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge, Skill & Ability Requirements
Supervisory Responsibility
This position will be required to supervise a staff on-site of but not limited to maintenance technicians, assistant community managers, leasing agents, and cleaners.
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers & fax machines, filing cabinets/etc.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described are those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to physically stand, walk, bend, climb, and use full hand range of motion and finger dexterity to touch and feel. Must be able to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 25 pounds unassisted and as needed.
Travel
Travel is required to assigned property locations using personal transportation. Must also be able to travel to all trainings and meetings arranged through the Corporate office periodically throughout the year.
