Description
ACC Management Group, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Manager to oversee the lease-up of a brand-new multi-family/senior mixed property consisting of 245 units across 4 buildings. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the leasing process for the new property, ensuring high occupancy rates.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract potential residents.
- Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residents.
- Coordinate property tours and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain knowledge of local market trends and competitor properties.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including Section 42 and Project Based Section 8, as needed.
- Collaborate with maintenance and administrative staff to ensure property standards are met.
- Prepare reports on leasing activity and property performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management or leasing, preferably in multi-family or senior housing.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of leasing regulations and compliance (Section 42 and Project Based Section 8 preferred).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work some weekends and evenings during the initial lease-up period.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position will be required to supervise a staff on-site of but not limited to maintenance technicians, assistant community managers, leasing agents, and cleaners.
Work Environment
This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, photocopiers & fax machines, filing cabinets/etc.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described are those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to physically stand, walk, bend, climb, and use full hand range of motion and finger dexterity to touch and feel. Must be able to reach with hands and arms and lift up to 25 pounds unassisted and as needed.
Travel
Travel is required to assigned property locations using personal transportation. Must also be able to travel to all trainings and meetings arranged through the Corporate office periodically throughout the year.
